Happy Birthday “Star Wars”! 1977.05.25….. 2007 …..
When I was a 10-year-old kid I was watching “Star Wars” as a nice story with flying machine, strange and funny creatures, great heroes and beautiful princess and where a struggle between good and evil always ended with a victory of all good people.
But when I am 20 + year-old I don’t see much from what I did when I was small.
Instead of cosmic story there is just a “work”, “duties” which either heroes or villains have to carry out.
In place of a hero you just find a person who have a strong character and a mission to fulfil.
You see much from the kind of person they are, not who they are .
For instance, Anakin, who used to be not only a good and brave Skywalker sword-man, but above all, someone who went through what we call “humanity” as he has experienced weakness, but finally, found himself and rose from the “darkness”.
Seeing the movie from this angle, “Star Wars” becomes then a story of our everyday’s life.
Each of us have to face difficulties and we try to find way out.
Sometimes we are failing and falling, we reach moments of weakness and depression, but if there is something to make our life sense is to rising up and learn from what you had experienced and also…
……You think of setting and achieving your life goals
Thanks your hard working, sharp training and self study
You have choices to make and take responsibilty for your decision
You learn to not give up
You raise your motivation and confidence
And finally you find that the worst enemy is You and is there inside.
May the force be with you!

Did you know…..?
….that there is an Obi-Wan Kenobi Street named far far away in Grabowiec ( near Torun - the hometown of famous…. astronomer(!), Copernicus ) - in western Poland , since 2005 .
In honour of the Saga, Grabowiec’s councillor Leszek Budkiewicz, who is himself a great fan of “Star Wars” came up with this unprecedented idea and convinced other councillors to follow his idea.
I think Obi-Wan Kenobi is more than delighted.
So far, I haven’t heard about other “Star Wars” street names, so this one in Poland is probably the only one in the world.
